Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

This area is to answer many of the questions we get throughout the normal business day.  If you do not see an answer to your question please feel free to email us at sales@g1parts.com.

Are these Genuine Honda Parts?
- We are a Honda dealership located in Houston, TX.  As per our agreement with American Honda we are ONLY allowed to sell those parts manufactured and distributed by American Honda.  This means that you will not receive an off-brand or aftermarket part in lieu of a Genuine Honda Part.

What are your hours of operation?
- Our normal hours of operations are Monday - Friday 7a.m. - 4p.m. CST.  This excludes major holidays or any unforeseen incidents that would rend us incapable of normal operations.  Ex: Snowstorm, Hurricane.

Do you offer international shipping?
- At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the United States of America.  Many of our international customers use friends and family within the U.S. or Freight Forwarding companies to purchase parts from our website.  This policy may change in the future as we continue to expand and grow.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
- Our primary shipping method is FedEx.  Their policy specifies that FedEx drivers will be unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes.  We ask that you do not put a P.O. box as a ship to address as this could delay the arrival of your part(s) and may incur additional delivery charges.

I want to return a part, how do I do this?

I purchased an electrical item, what is your return policy for this?

How long does it take for my part to ship?
-  We carry a wide range of items in stock, but if we do not have your part it generally takes us about 1 business day to get the item in.

I ordered a part FedEx overnight, why has it not arrived?
- If the item was not in stock at the time of ordering it will take us 1 business day to get the item in.  Once the item arrives we will ship it out Standard Overnight.  This means it could take 2-3 days to receive your item, depending upon when the item was order.  If it was ordered during our normal business hours it will ship the very next day, if the order comes in after our order cut-off the item will incur an additional days wait.

How do I cancel an order?
- There are two ways of cancelling an order:

Please note that once an item has been shipped to you it is no longer available to be cancelled and must be returned

What is back order? and when will my part arrive?
- When an item is ordered from our website we generate an order for it from American Honda.  If the part is on back order it will generally display an estimated date of arrival.  Sometimes items are not available in stock or at any of Honda's part centers nationwide and will have to be created by the manufacturer.  This will generate a back order for the item and when it is released it will ship to us for shipment out to you.  Whenever a part is on back order we will notify you via email, along with an expected delivery date to us.  Depending upon shipping method chosen it could take 1-7 business days to arrive to you, the customer.
