SHIPPING
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: -We use FedEx as our primary shipper for all parts. As FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes please make sure you do not input this in the ship to address section of the order form. This will delay the delivery of your item(s) and may incur increased time to receive your part(s).
SHIPPING TIMES: -We carry a wide variety of items in stock at our dealership. Most items usually ship within the same day, in the event we have to order an item it will take us 1 business day to acquire the item from American Honda. Our order cut off times each day is 4 PM CST. - Our business days are Monday - Friday. Any items ordered after the 4PM CST cutoff on Friday will not ship until the following Tuesday as we do not receive shipments on Monday. - FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight: When ordering a part via this method we will attempt to locate the item in our local network to ship the same day your order arrives. In the event the item(s) cannot be located we will have to order it which takes 1 business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: - Currently we are shipping within the United States only. Many of our international customers use freight forwarding services, friends within the U.S. or have mail boxes within the United States. This policy may be change at a future date and will be updated here.
RETURN POLICY:
-For all returns, the customer must inform us in advance to obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) form. To obtain a RMA form for your return, please contact us by email at sales@g1parts.com.
-Returning parts that do not have prior authorization will be rejected. All parts
that have been authorized for return must be received within 28 days after RMA was
issued.
-All returns must be in original packaging, unused, in re-sellable condition, within 28 days of the purchase. We will need to receive the returned part in the condition
that it was in when customer first received it. A 15% restocking fee applies to
ALL parts returned unless customer orders a direct replacement. Please do not write
on the original box or packaging, and it must have the genuine manufacture label
intact.
-If the returned part does not meet the RMA guidelines (installed, opened, damaged,
or opened electrical parts), customer will be given the option to have the part shipped
back to him/her.
Reasons for Return:
Changed my mind/Not needed
If within 28 days of purchase, you would like to return a part. Please
contact us to obtain a RMA. Keep in mind that the part must be in new uninstalled
condition with all the Factory original packaging intact. Any opened part or opened electrical
part is non-returnable. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does
not meet our guidelines. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and all
shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect part was ordered
In the event that a part was ordered incorrectly by the customer, the return
criteria remains the same as Changed my mind/Not needed. Customer must notify us
within 28 days of purchase and request a(n) RMA form. A 15% restocking will be applied
unless customer places a new order for a direct replacement. Customer is responsible
for return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Part was received damaged
Customer needs to inspect his or her shipment at the time of delivery.
Any damaged part must be reported immediately. We will not be responsible for any
damage claims made after 3 business days of receipt. Once the damage was reported,
we will contact the shipping carrier for inspection and provide customer with further
instructions. We will make every effort to resolve the damaged case as soon as possible.
Part was lost in-transit
In the event that a package is lost in-transit or has not been delivered
on the scheduled date, customer needs to notify us immediately. We will then contact
the shipping carrier to place a tracer on the package(s). If the shipping carrier
cannot locate the lost package(s), a claim will be issued. We can then re-order
and ship out the replacements as soon as possible.
Order was shipped incomplete (Piece(s) missing)
We will make every effort to verify that all necessary components that
come with a particular part or accessory are included. Please keep in mind that all claims for missing components must
be made within 3 business days of receipt. We reserve the right
to deny any claim of missing part(s) after 3 business days of receipt.
Incorrect item was shipped
Customer is responsible to inspect any/all parts that are ordered and received.
In the event that an item is determined to be mis-packaged, please notify us immediately. A replacement
part will be shipped out once the mis-packaged part is received back in new, uninstalled,
and resalable condition with original factory packaging. Customer has the right
to a refund on the part(s) less the shipping cost, if they are no longer needed.
Others
We will review each request for return individually. Special consideration
will be given to those Returns that follow our guidelines. If the reason for return
does not fall under one of the categories mentioned above, you must provide in detail the reason that the Return Request is being made.
ELECTRICAL ITEMS RETURN POLICY:
-Contact us if you are wishing to return an electrical item. -If the outer box is opened but the electrical item is still within the unopened bag it is supplied with the item may be considered for return with a 15% restocking fee. -If the bag containing the electrical item is opened this item is considered non-refundable

We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to cancel your
order for any reason. If the order is cancelled, the authorization on your card
will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card has been charged, a refund
will be issued to your credit card.

to you within 24 hours (usually, this is instant) after you have submitted the order.
If for any reason you did not get an email confirmation or is not sure if the order
